GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that the products manufactured and supplied by SIRI Automotives are covered under a manufacturing guarantee as per the terms stated below.

Guarantee Coverage

SIRI Automotives guarantees that all products supplied are free from:
Manufacturing defects
Material defects
Workmanship-related faults
This guarantee applies only to products manufactured by SIRI Automotives.

Guarantee Period

The guarantee is valid for:
12 months from the date of purchase
OR
20,000 km of usage
(whichever occurs earlier)

Conditions for Guarantee Claim

A product will be eligible for replacement only if:
It fails due to a manufacturing or material defect
It was installed correctly
It was used under normal working conditions
It is returned with the original proof of purchase or invoice
It is not physically damaged, burnt, torn, altered, or tampered with

Exclusions (Not Covered)

This guarantee does NOT cover:
Damage due to improper installation
Wear and tear from normal usage
Misuse, abuse, or overloading
Accidents or external impacts
Use of the product in racing or extreme conditions
Modification or tampering of the part
Failure caused by nearby parts or vehicle issues

Guarantee Claim Procedure

To initiate a claim, the customer must:
1. Provide the defective part to the distributor/dealer.
2. Submit the original invoice or purchase proof.
3. Allow technical inspection by SIRI Automotives.
After inspection, a replacement will be provided only if the defect is confirmed as manufacturing-related.

Company Liability

SIRI Automotives’ responsibility is limited ONLY to replacement of the defective part. No labor cost, vehicle damage, or additional expenses will be reimbursed.

Final Decision Rights

All decisions regarding guarantee claims rest solely with SIRI Automotives. Our technical evaluation will be considered final.
